First COVID19 Positve Case Reported in Guwahati, Toll Rises to 24

GUWAHATI: Assam has recorded four more COVID19 positive cases taking the total to 24 as on April 4.

According to reports, three more Covid19 positive cases have been confirmed, one each from Kamrup (metro), Kamrup and Marigaonin Assam. While another positive case from Golaghat has been confirmed, taking the total number in Assam to 24

Three out of these four cases are of patients who are related to Nizamuddin Markaz event.

Reportedly, Guwahati patient’s name is Manish Tibrawala and stays at Spanish Garden in Zoo Road area. It is to be mentioned that the Guwahati patient has no link to Nizamuddin Markaz.
