GUWAHATI: Kamrup Metropolitan district administration has declared dry day on May 23 in connection with the counting of vote for the Lok Sabha elections 2019.
In a notice, the administration has prohibited the possession, distribution and sale of liquors including spirituous, fermented or intoxicating liquors or other substances of alike nature starting from May 23 until the counting the ends.
