GUWAHATI: The Dispur Police Station that is currently situated near the Assam Secretariat in Dispur is relocating soon to the Ganeshguri Area. The new police station is located opposite to the Gopal Boro Government Higher Secondary School in Ganeshguri.
Police Commissioner of Guwahati Police, Harmeet Singh and the Joint Commissioner of Guwahati Police, Partha Sarathi Mahanta visited the new Police Station today.
While talking to the media, Harmeet Singh said that the police station is almost ready and will be completed within 15-20 days.
The new police station will be providing all the necessary facilities to the public.
