GUWAHATI: On the occasion of World Environment Day 2018, Deputy Commissioner (DC), Kamrup (M), Virendra Mittal has appealed to all the citizens of the district to plant saplings and to make the district free of plastics in consonance with the theme.
This year, India is the global host of 2018 World Environment Day, with the theme, "Beat Plastic Pollution."
