GUWAHATI: Assam government employees will now get reimbursement of their medical expenses incurred during COVID-19 in non-empanelled private hospitals.
The reimbursement can also be availed by government pensioners and the dependent family members of the government employees.
This decision was taken by the Assam Government in its recent cabinet meeting held on Thursday.
