GUWAHATI: After seven days of not recording any coronavirus positive case, a new case has come to light in Assam.
A man from Bilasipara area of Dhubri has tested Covid-19 positive on April 23.

State health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed that the patient had a history of being in touch with another positive patient who was part of Athgaon Kabristhan Masjid congregation.
Assam now has 15 active cases.
