GUWAHATI: The CISCE Board declared the CISCE ICSE, ISC results for Class 10 and 12 board examinations on Monday, May 6 at 11 am. Students can now check their results on the official website at cisce.org or results.cisce.org.

All the students who have appeared for Class 10 and 12 boards at various exam centres across the country can now access their ICSE and ISC exam results for the year 2024 on the council's official websites. To view their scores, students must enter their unique ID, index number, and the captcha code provided on the login page. Additionally, scores will be accessible through DigiLocker for ease of retrieval.
This year's ICSE and ISC examinations began on February 21 and were originally scheduled to conclude on April 3. However, due to the rescheduling of two papers, the exam period was extended until April 4. The Class 12 Chemistry paper, initially set for February 26, was postponed to March 21 due to unforeseen circumstances. Similarly, the Class 12 Psychology exam was rescheduled from May 27 to April 4 following the reported loss of the question paper packet at one exam centre.

After the results are declared, CISCE will allow students to apply for re-checking and re-evaluation of their marks. Last year, results were announced on May 14 for exams conducted between February 27 and March 29. Notably, in the previous year's ICSE exams, girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 99.21 percent compared to boys' 98.71 percent. Similarly, in the ISC exams, girls achieved a pass percentage of 98.01 percent while boys secured 95.96 percent.
