GUWAHATI: The Assam Cabinet in its recent cabinet meeting held on January 12, 2023, in Janata Bhawan in Guwahati took some key decisions for the overall development of the state.
The Assam Cabinet has allotted a section of land, for setting up the campus of the 1st Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Amingaon.

The land allotted measures 227 Bighas and sits at the Sanpara Parbat village under Pub-Bongshar Mouza, Hajo Revenue Circle in Assam.
