GUWAHATI: The budget session of Parliament is set to begin on January 31. It will commence with President Ram Nath Kovind’s address to the joint sitting of both the Houses in Central Hall at 11 AM.
The session will continue till February 13.

The session will likely to witness some noisy moments as the government is set to pass the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016 and the triple talaq bill among others.
The Budget will be presented tomorrow. It will be last of the Narendra Modi government which came to power at the Centre in 2014.
