GUWAHATI: Wg. Cdr Abhinandan Varthaman has been officially handed over to India by Pakistan.
The IAF Pilot was held by Pakistan for almost 48 hours.
While there was a delay in the handover process, India has not raised a question as to why the delay occurred.
