GUWAHATI: The inauguration of the Brahmaputra Riverfront beautification project at Panbazar in Guwahati is set to take place on January 20. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to formally inaugurate the beautification project.
The announcement was made by Assam Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs and Irrigation, Ashok Singhal, during his visit to the site of the Brahmaputra Riverfront Development Project on January 8.
While inspecting the progress of the park being constructed as a crucial component of the ambitious project, Minister Singhal monitored the final phase of the park's development. He offered guidance to the contractors and workers, ensuring that the work aligns with the project's objectives.
The Brahmaputra Riverfront Development Project aims to create a world-class riverbank in Guwahati.
