Bombay High Court Rejects Interim Relief to Arnab Goswami

Arnab Goswami has been refused interim relief by the Bombay High Court on November 5. 


The court refused to grant interim relief to allow the release of the Editor-in-Chief of Republic TV, who was earlier remanded 14 days of judicial custody.


"Can't pass interim order without hearing Complainant and State", observed the bench comprising Justices S S Shinde and M S Karnik. 


Arnab Goswami had moved the court challenging his arrest.


The case will be heard tomorrow, November 6 at 3 PM.


It may be mentioned that tomorrow being Friday is the last working day of the court.
