GUWAHATI: In a shocking incident, a body of a new born baby was discovered inside a drain in front of Controller of Defence Accounts (CDA) gate at Basanti Bazaar area in Satgaon. Locals discovered the body in the morning today, April 30 and have informed the police thereafter.
People alleged that the baby was kidnapped and murdered and then later thrown in the drain.
