Assam’s Bishal Singha Contributes To ISRO's Chandrayaan-3 Success

 

GUWAHATI: In a moment of immense pride and accomplishment, Y Bishal Singha, a young scientist hailing from Silchar, Assam, has etched his name in the annals of India's space exploration journey.

As a key member of the thermal control team for ISRO's Chandrayaan-3 mission, Bishal Singha has played a pivotal role in propelling the nation towards remarkable milestones in space science.

Bishal secured an All India Rank of 1818 in the JEE-Advance in 2015 after studying at Lalan’s Coaching Classes in Guwahati.

He pursued his academic aspirations at IIT-Guwahati, steadfast in his dream of becoming an ISRO scientist.

Lalan Kumar, the founder of Lalan’s Coaching Classes, expressed his elation, stating, “Bishal was a student of our first batch of Lalan’s. Today India is the only country to have soft landed on the South Pole of the Moon. I am so happy and proud that our student, Bishal, was a part of this success and helped India shine on the Moon.”
