The Tourism Department of Assam has released the first look of the new Awesome Assam Campaign, featuring Bollywood actress and Brand Ambassador of Awesome Assam, Priyanka Chopra.
Along with the video campaign, that has already received massive traction on Social media, a Tourism Policy was released with certain Mission values such as increasing footfall to the state, making 'Awesome Assam' a global brand, to attract National and International Tourists, to identify the most popular and attractive tourist destinations and to develop tourist Infrastructure in and around them. These are of course, just a few highlights from the entire document.
