The introduction of robotic surgery is expected to revolutionise the way complex surgeries are performed, offering greater precision, minimally invasive techniques, and faster recovery times for patients.
Robotic surgery is an innovative procedure where surgeons use a robotic system to assist in performing complex surgeries with enhanced accuracy. Unlike traditional surgery, where the surgeon manually operates, robotic arms perform the procedure, guided by the surgeon’s control. The robotic system provides better visualisation, dexterity, and precision, which is particularly useful in delicate surgeries like urology, cardiology, and gynaecology.
Robotic surgery is minimally invasive, meaning smaller incisions, reduced blood loss, and shorter hospital stays for patients.
