GUWAHATI: In an unfortunate incident, a man was killed in a road accident in Assam's Silapathar on September 11.
According to reports, the deceased has been identified as Thaneswar Pegu. He was on his bike when a vehicle from the opposite direction made a head-on collision and fled away from the spot.
Pegu was a teacher by profession.
