GUWAHATI: After a search operation, the Dibrugarh Police on Wednesday, September 11 arrested one, identified as Fulkan Hussian, in connection with the vandalization of vehicles during Muharram.
Based on the complaint filed by the owners of damaged cars, the Dibrugarh Sadar Police station arrested Hussian from Mirjabag area.

According to reports, a group of unidentified miscreants disrupted the proceedings of Tajia Rally by vandalizing a few vehicles that were parked along the side of the road.
