GUWAHATI: The mastermind and one of the key members of the gang involved in the Rs 50 lakh robbery at Punjab National Bank (PNB) branch in Nalbari's Amayapur in Assam has been arrested.

One Faid Ali was caught in possession of some cash and money along with weapons by the police. This was confirmed to G Plus by Amanjeet Kaur, Superintendent of Police (SP), Nalbari Assam.
Earlier, the robbers had opened fire in the bank's branch in Assam's Nalbari in broad daylight. The incident happened in a PNB branch in Nalbari's Amayapur.
