One Junior Engineer Kushal Nath has been injured in the Electricity Board office in Dhekiajhuli, Assam. Kushal Nath has filed an FIR in regard to the matter.
The Dhekiajhuli police officer-in-charge (OC) Chidananda Borah has confirmed the matter to G Plus.
As per sources, the man has episodes of alcoholic history. He was given transfer order after which he didn't come to the office to receive it. On the said day, he came to the office, and following which he had an altercation with the SDO Hemanta Rajkhowa. The SDO has meanwhile denied the allegations to the Police.
