GUWAHATI: The overall voter turnout in Diphu was the lowest in all parliamentary constituencies of Assam with the percentage at 75.74%, for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections.

The poll percentage of male voters in Diphu turned out to be 75.45% with 338459 total male voters and the female voter poll percentage was recorded to be 76.03% with a total of 343977 female voters.

The number of general male electors was 448593 and female general electors were recorded to be 452420.
The third phase of Lok Sabha elections, 2024 concluded in Assam on May 7.
The first phase of the elections in Assam saw a voter turnout of 71.38%, and the second phase of Lok Sabha Elections recorded 77.35% of the voter turnout.
