Assam HS Result 2025 Declared, Know The Stream-Wise Pass Percentage

 

GUWAHATI: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has officially declared the Assam HS Result 2025 on Wednesday, April 30, at 9 am. Students who appeared for the Class 12 board examinations can access and download their digital marksheets through the official AHSEC websites – ahsec.assam.gov.in and assamresult.in.

The Assam Higher Secondary final examinations were conducted from February 13 to March 17, 2025, across two shifts each day. The first shift ran from 9 am to 12 noon, while the second shift was held from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Stream-Wise Pass Percentage

The Arts stream recorded a pass percentage of 81.03%. A total of 2,26,756 candidates appeared for the exams in this stream, with 1,83,745 students successfully passing. Baksa, Darrang, and Sivasagar were the top-performing districts, with Baksa leading with a pass percentage of 94.21%, followed by Darrang at 93.82%, and Sivasagar at 90.78%.

The Science stream saw a slightly higher pass percentage of 84.88%. Of the 56,909 candidates who appeared, 48,309 passed the exams. The top-performing districts in the Science stream were West Karbi Anglong with a perfect 100% pass rate, Sivasagar at 97.13%, and Baksa at 95.66%.

In the Commerce stream, the pass percentage stood at 82.18%, with 17,746 candidates appearing for the exams and 14,584 passing. Baksa again emerged as a top performer, with a pass percentage of 98.20%, followed closely by Chirang at 98.15%, and West Karbi Anglong at 97.14%.

The Vocational stream had a pass percentage of 68.55%. A total of 1,202 candidates appeared for these exams, with 824 passing. Biswanath and Sribhumi achieved a perfect 100% pass rate, while Sivasagar and Barpeta performed exceptionally well, with pass rates of 95.00% and 92.31%, respectively.
