GUWAHATI: In an unfortunate incident, two youth from Assam's Lakhipur were rammed over by a dumper on Thursday, August 29.
According to reports, the deceased identified as Selim Ahmed (19) and Shahrukh Khan Borbhuyan (21) were on a bike when a dumper from the opposite direction hit them.

Ahmed died on the spot and Borbhuyan succumbed to his injuries and died at Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH).
Meanwhile, the driver and handyman fled from the spot of accident.
