GUWAHATI: The Assam Cabinet on Thursday, December 19, approved the submission of applications for land allotment or settlement under Mission Basundhara 3.0 without requiring entities such as educational, religious, and cultural institutions to provide evidence like registration certificates or trust deeds at the application stage.
