Art exhibition by NRIs at Rabindra Bhawan

An art exhibition by three NRI artists for a six day event named 'Memoir' is displayed at the State Art Gallery, Rabindra Bhawan from today. As reported, the three artists - Sauman Pal, Syeda Shamim B Zakia and Abu Amaan Pal - are presently residents of Kuwait. Around 35 works of the three artists will be on display at the group exhibition. The event which began today, was inaugurated by renowned artist and Principal of Government College of Art Craft, Smt Jabeen Rahman Ghosh Dastidar. Many noted artists, including sculptor Biren Singha was present at the event.
