GUWAHATI: Maria Tanim topped the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) examinations for Assam Civil Services (ACS) junior grade category, the results of which were declared on Friday.
A total of 95 candidates were selected for the ACS junior grade category. Further, 60 candidates cleared the Assam land and revenue service (junior grade). Additionally, three candidates each were successful in clearing Assam police service (junior grade) and labour officer examination.

On the other hand, two aspirants were selected for superintendent of taxes, five for assistant registrar of co-operative societies while seven were selected as inspector of labour.
Further, eight candidates were selected for inspector of taxes, 12 as inspector of excise, and 10 for assistant employment officer.
