GUWAHATI: An alleged scamster named Nilotpal Nath has been arrested by the Dispur Police in Guwahati.

Nilotpal Nath used to deal with pre-owned cars which include Mercedes, Audi and BMW.
Nath collected money from potential buyers and failed to deliver any cars to them. As per sources, his cheques also bounced.
The matter was confirmed to G Plus by Dispur Police.
Nilotpal was approached by the police during his sister's wedding and was summoned.
