GUWAHATI: On April 23, a team of doctors headed by state health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma conducted the first set of rapid tests at Spanish Garden apartment in Guwahati.
A total of 91 people were tested and the result were all negative, stated the minister.
"We will also conduct swab tests of people, if the results are same we can use rapid tests as per ICMR guidelines," he added.

A total of 35 people have so far tested positive in the state, out of which one has passed away.
