GUWAHATI: A two-and-a-half-year old girl, Twinkle Sharma was found brutally murdered in Tappal town of Uttar Pradesh.
Based on reports, Sharma's body was found on June 2 in a dumping ground near her house when stray dogs were spotted carrying parts of the human body.

It should be noted that she had been missing for three days prior to this.
Based on the postmortem report, she was strangled to death using a dupatta (stole) and her eyes were gouged out.
An ANI report stated that there were "no signs of rape and it was a case of personal enmity."
This incident occured after her parents failed to repay a loan of Rs. 10,000.
Two men, Zahid and Aslam have been arrested.
