GUWAHATI: The 2024 Students' Union elections at Gauhati Commerce College saw a complete sweep by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and its allies, who won all 13 positions.
The ABVP, in alliance with the GCC Boys' Hostel, BLS, and Gorkha groups, claimed victory in each category.
Madhurjya Plaban Talukdar was elected as President, receiving 738 votes. Riyan Deka won the General Secretary position with 765 votes.
