WATCH | 600-foot-long Tiranga Paraded In Arunachal Pradesh’s

 

GUWAHATI: A 600-foot-long Tiranga was paraded through the streets of Seppa in the East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday, August 13, ahead of India's 78th Independence Day as a part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Program.

The event featured over 2,000 students from local schools, along with Arunachal Pradesh Home Minister Mama Natung, MLA Hayeng Mangfi, and other officials.

During the Tiranga Path Yatra, students chanted "Vande Mataram," as they marched with the massive tricolor flag. 

As a part of the event, they also participated in a cleanliness drive at the general ground in Seppa to promote the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

Taking to his official X handle, Arunachal Pradesh Home Minister Mama Natung stated, "#harghartirangaabhiyan! Organised a #harghartiranga  Tiranga Yatra public rally with 600 ft tiranga in Seppa, East Kameng District  of #ArunachalPradesh celebrating spirit of freedom, patriotism & nationalism; accompanied by HMLAs @EalingTallang1 Ji, @HayengM Ji, @sachinranaiasAP, @SPEastKameng, District Administration, BJP karyakartas & all stakeholders. Also, conducted a cleanliness drive at general ground of Seppa to promote #swatchbharatabhiyan."
