GUWAHATI: Around 503 electorates marked under the third gender category are expected to cast their vote in Assam in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
According to data, 158, 181 and 164 third gender voters will cast their ballot in Phase I, II and III of the Lok Sabha polls in Assam.
A total of 21,760,604 voters are expected to cast their ballot in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Assam which will be held in three phases on April 11, 18 and 23.

In total, around 90 crore people have been registered as voters for the 2019 general election. These include 1.5 crore new voters in the age group of 18-19-year-olds.
