GUWAHATI: Guwahati Joint Commissioner of Police (JCP) Deboraj Upadhyaya will be awarded the President’s Police Medal for distinguished service on 70th Republic day in New Delhi.
Deboraj Upadhyay along with 14 other police officers have been titled for distinguished and laudable service on the occasion of Republic Day 2019.
