GUWAHATI: 10,000 Yaba tablets, valued at around ₹3 crore, were seized by Cachar Police during a major anti-drug operation in Sildubi on Wednesday, April 23.

The operation also led to the arrest of one suspected drug peddler.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared the update on social media, writing, “Major Drug Bust in Sildubi. @cacharpolice seizes 10,000 Yaba tablets worth ₹3 Crore. One peddler arrested.” He praised the swift and effective action taken by the district police.
