GUWAHATI: One more Covid19 positive case from Cachar District has been confirmed, taking the total number in Assam to 26.
Earlier today another positive case from North Lakhimpur District has been confirmed which had the same travel history related to Nizamuddin Markaz event in Delhi.
It is to be mentioned that the majority of the cases so far reported positive in Assam is rooted back to Nizamuddin Markaz.

However, the Guwahati patient’s name is Manish Tibrawala who stays at Spanish Garden in Zoo Road area is the only patient who has no link to the Nizamuddin Markaz.
