GUWAHATI: An accident was reported at around 4:50 AM in the Tetelia area on NH27 in which a dumper crashed into a loaded trailer truck, on March 30.

Speaking to GPlus, a traffic official from Jalukbari Outpost said, "The dumper was trying to overtake the tile carrying trailer, but ended up ramming it at the rear. Upon receiving information we reached the spot, but the driver of the dumper had fled the scene. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The vehicles are in custody."
