In a recent episode of Guwahati Connection, a podcast series by GPlus, Swami Ramdev discussed the controversies surrounding Patanjali, the benefits of yoga, healthy living, future of Patanjali in Assam and more.

When interviewer Sidharth Bedi Varma asked about the issues with Patanjali advertisements that led to Supreme Court’s involvement, Swami Ramdev said they had told the court, “What Allopathy couldn't do, we have done it.” He added, “Some people have so much hatred for Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sanatana Dharma. They wonder how someone dressed in saffron could be so successful. They want to bring us down, but these issues will keep coming.”

Regarding the status of banned Patanjali products, he stated, “There is no ban.” He explained that false information is being spread, saying, “We published an advertisement confirming that there is no ban on any Patanjali product. The issue was just a court matter. We will challenge and work to remove the Drug and Magic Remedies Act as well.”
