Rajeev Dubey and his wife Rashmi, reportedly claimed that their so-called “oxygen therapy” can reverse the effects of ageing and pollution, thereby turning elderly clients into 25-year-olds.

Operating from their therapy centre, "Revival World," in Kanpur’s Kidwai Nagar area, the duo allegedly managed to lure clients with promises of youth restoration through a time machine they would import from Israel. According to police, the couple offered a range of therapy packages, charging ₹6,000 for 10 sessions and up to ₹90,000 for a three-year plan that promised life-changing results.

Along with base offers, the couple also offered discounts to clients who referred others, effectively turning the scam into a pyramid scheme. Despite collecting large sums of money from multiple clients in this manner, the promised time machine never materialised.

The fraudulent operation first came to light when one of the victims, Renu Singh, filed a complaint with the police. She alleged that she had been cheated out of ₹10.75 lakh, and following her complaint, an FIR was registered at the Kidwai Nagar police station under section 318(4) (cheating) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The police have reportedly issued alerts to airports nationwide to prevent them from fleeing the country. They continue to search for the accused, while more victims are expected to come forward as details of the scam unfold.
