GUWAHATI: A woman narrowly escaped serious injury in a bizarre incident when a water tank fell on her while she was casually eating an apple outside her home.

The incident caught on CCTV has gone viral online, with netizens offering a mix of humour and amazement at the woman’s fortunate escape from death. The video shows the woman walking in front of her house, apple in hand. Just a few steps later, an empty, broken water tank suddenly falls from the roof, landing directly on her.
Miraculously, the tank fell with such precision that the woman remained largely unscathed. Moments after the fall, she amusingly protruded her head through the tank’s opening, still eating her apple, unfazed by the ordeal.
A neighbour rushed to her aid, but the woman emerged from the tank without needing much assistance. Her family later confirmed that she only sustained minor bruises.
The video sparked a wave of humorous reactions online. One user commented, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," while another said, "She caught that like a boss!" Many were left amazed by her calm reaction, with one user calling it both "hilarious and frightening."
