GUWAHATI: In a heartwarming moment of unity, Assam MLAs from both ruling and opposition parties were seen sharing a meal together during the Autumn session of the Assam Legislative Assembly, which began on August 22.

A viral video, shared by Assam minister Piyush Hazarika, captured the camaraderie as MLAs, including Hazarika, Akhil Gogoi, Chandra Mohan Patowary, Bhabesh Kalita, and Debabrata Saikia, enjoyed noodles, laughter and chatting as they shared a meal.
Hazarika captioned the video, "You will be surprised to see the camaraderie between MLAs across party lines when the assembly is in session."
