GUWAHATI: On January 30, i.e. today, most Vodafone Idea (VI) users have been unable to make calls or access the internet leaving them disconnected with their loved ones.
Expressing irk, a city-based Vodafone customer said, “We have to dial a particular number 4 to 5 times to get connected; most of the times the network is busy.”
G Plus tried to take stock of the situation.

Speaking to G Plus one of the officials at VI said, "Certain fibre issues are prevailing which has led to disruption in services. The problem will be solved within a couple of hours as repair work is going on."
