UIDAI Launches New Voice Response Services For Aadhaar

 

GUWAHATI: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has introduced new services on Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to enhance the Aadhaar experience for residents. Now, individuals can access various Aadhaar-related services by simply calling the toll-free number 1947, available 24x7.

Residents can utilise the IVRS platform to inquire about their Aadhaar enrollment or update status, check the status of their Aadhaar PVC card, or receive information via SMS. Additionally, they can inquire about the status of their complaints and locate the nearest Aadhaar enrollment centre. Moreover, UIDAI has integrated more services into the IVRS platform.

The introduction of IVRS services by UIDAI aims to provide convenient and accessible solutions for Aadhaar-related queries and services. By dialing 1947, individuals will now be able to access these services round the clock, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.
