GUWAHATI: Two men were arrested by a team from Dispur Police Station on Wednesday, August 8, after they were caught during an act of snatching a mobile phone.
The accused, identified as Bishal Boro (aged 21) and Jadu Rabha (aged 23), residents of Sonaighuli, were also found in possession of a stolen scooter that they used during the act.
The police have seized the mobile phone and the scooter from them and have initiated further action against the suspects.
