GUWAHATI: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) in an enforcement drive in Paltan Bazaar, Guwahati on November 18, sealed two prominent establishments—Kuber Auto House and V2 Mall—while imposing a fine of ₹40,000 on Bajaj Scooter House for littering and failing to comply with garbage disposal regulations.
