GUWAHATI: Two individuals have been apprehended in Sonitpur’s Chariduar following a drug bust on Wednesday, December 18. The suspects, identified as Ravi Lama and Michael Paje, both from Arunachal Pradesh, were caught transporting 104 grams of heroin valued at approximately ₹30 lakh.

They were arrested during an operation by the Chariduar police, who had been monitoring the suspects’ movements. The two were found traveling on a motorcycle from Khanamukh Gaon towards Arunachal Pradesh when they were intercepted and taken into custody.
Further investigation is underway to uncover the full scope of their drug trafficking activities.
