Talking to GPlus, Satya Das, a regular commuter on GS Road said, “Since Sunday, there’s too much traffic congestion in the city.”

Another commuter from Ganeshguri talking to GPlus said, “Today, traffic is worse, likely because Diwali is near. More police presence would help manage this.”

However, talking to GPlus, a traffic police official said, “With shops set up across the city, people are out shopping for Diwali, which is adding to the congestion.”
