GUWAHATI: In an unusual turn of events, an admit card for the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment (UPPRB) Exam surfaced featuring a photo of Bollywood actress Sunny Leone, as per media reports.
The card, dated February 17, was found on the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board's portal for the constable position, with registration number '12258574’, reports stated.
The image of the admit card has gone viral on X.
Addressing the viral incident, the UPPRB reportedly clarified that the admit card bearing the name Sunny Leone was indeed fake. Officials revealed that a candidate had uploaded incorrect photos during the exam application process. The examination center, Smt Soneshree Memorial Girls College in Kannauj's Tirwa, confirmed that no one matching the details on the card appeared for the exam.
As per media reports, the mobile number on the fake admit card has been traced to a resident of Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh (UP). Authorities have categorised the admit card as fraudulent and are actively investigating to identify the responsible individual behind this unusual incident.
