GUWAHATI: Satgaon Police apprehended a gang of five house burglars on Monday, December 16.

The gang members have been identified as Abu Bakkar Siddiqui (20) of Satgaon, Nitul Ali (26) of Six Mile, Rahul Ahmed (21) of Sarthebari, Najir Ali (22) of Dispur, and Md Sono Ali (38) of Barpeta.
The suspects were found to have committed a burglary and theft at a shop in Baghorbori. They had rented a vehicle from a rental agency, which they used to carry out the crime.
Authorities have seized the vehicle, and two printers, which were stolen during the burglary, have been recovered. Legal action has been initiated against the accused.
