GUWAHATI: The Special Task Force (STF) in Assam recently carried out an anti-narcotics operation in Amingaon, seizing 637 grams of heroin on Sunday, October 20.

As part of its ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking in the state, the Special Task Force has seized heroin estimated to be worth ₹6 crore.
Two people have been taken into custody in connection with the recovery.
Further investigations are ongoing.
