GUWAHATI: A team from Cyber PS recovered ₹58,000 for an individual on November 6 who fell victim to a bank fraud scheme earlier this year.

In May 2024, the individual who is a resident of Chasal, Guwahati was defrauded of ₹91,000 through an unauthorised transaction, prompting an investigation by Cyber PS.
The recovered amount has been credited back to the victim's account and efforts are ongoing to retrieve the remaining funds.
